In case to you receive a damaged product, you can report it within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product can be returned within the above period, together with the attached invoice and delivery note and you can replace it with another product. Please send us notification for the complaint electronically to [email protected]

You will act as a salesperson and represent our company and all its products to our Customers.

Fragrance Advisor responsibilities include:

Greeting the customers upon their arrival to the shop
Hand out scent strips to every customer
Assist the customer with the selection of the most suitable fragrance
Assure the customer that it is quality product at a fair price, and
Cross-selling of products (e.g. serums, body lotions, shower gels etc.)
